Premier Medical Necessity—Product Update

Premier's Medical Necessity product has been updated to version 8.2 This update is FREE to all MS4 users utilizing our Medical Necessity Product.

Changes to Version 8.2

Option to include hospital defined common terminology in CPTcode lookup. This facilitates increased searching capabilities based on hospital specific verbiage.
Option 2 (I want the services listed above, but do not bill Medicare), when selected on the ABN form, applicable charges from the bill will be removed.
New Feature added to enable turning off screen 5 in the MIRA Abstract. The window states, "There are codes that fail on this account. Do you want to proceed (Y/N)?"
Fix for PMN Day End to stop rare record locking issues.
Fix to stop duplicate CPT codes from printing on the ABN. (rare occurrences)

New downloadable update files and instructions are included below.

NOTE:
You must be on version 8.0 before upgrading to V8.2. Please click here for version 8.0 upgrade information.

Click pmn82.zip and choose save.
In the "Save In" drop down box at the top choose the location to where you want to save the file.
After you have saved the files open the directory where you saved the file and double click it to extract the file or files to the desired directory.
The files are now ready to upload to the iSeries platform.
